Ingredients

Boil water with a pinch of salt and add a drizzle of oil. Finely chop the spinach and cook, strain and mix with ricotta and cheese. Saute chopped oil and chopped garlic. Cook for 5 minutes. Add tomato sauce and basil.
Put 2 sheets of lasagne on a baking sheet, cover with spinach and cheese filling, then 2 more sheets of lasagna, alternating layers until done and garnish with mushroom stuffing.
Cover the dish with aluminum and lightweight paper in the oven for 10 minutes.
