This recipe is from a woman who is a friend of my late mother many years ago.
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 cup minced pecans
2 cups crushed pineapple, drained - reserve 1 / 4 cup juice
1 / 4 cup hot pineapple juice
2 cups cottage cheese
1 tablespoon gelatin flavourless
1 / 4 cup water
1 / 4 cup mayonnaise
1 / 2 cup powdered sugar
1 / 2 cup whipped cream
Combine the celery, bell pepper, salt, and pecans together, set aside. Soften gelatin without flavor in the cup quarter of the water for 5 minutes, add pineapple hot water and stir until gelatin is dissolved. Enter the pineapple and let cool. Mix cheese, mayonnaise and powdered sugar together in a large bowl, fold in whipped cream. Add celery mixture, mixing in well. Enter the gelatin mixture and chill until firm.

1 large container cottage cheese
1 large box orange gelatin
1 large can crushed pineapple, dried
1 can of Mandarin oranges, drained
A small cardboard frozen topping, thawed whipped in a large bowl, combine cottage cheese and dry gelatin together. Add pineapple and oranges and gently fold the mixture into whipped topping. Refrigerate all day or overnight.
