Vegan Diet and Lifestyle

The vegan diet consists mainly of organic whole plant material. Vegans do not eat anything with animal products in it. Some people follow a vegan diet due to strict religious or spiritual matters. Many choose veganism because of moral and ethical issues related to animals. The main concern is the handling and treatment of animals used in food and other products. It is the largest advanced fighters against testing on animals and they argue against factory farming.

With nuts, seeds, cereals and legumes, fruits are the most important ingredient in this diet. Not unlike vegans questions, people who eat at least seventy-five percent or more are considered fruitarian.

The vegan diet, unlike other, smaller niche regimes, has been found to have beneficial qualities for health if properly followed.
