Is "The Hunger Games Catching Fire" Have The Power Of The Original?

Continuations of great success are always a challenge. Visitors tend to want suites to match the tone and power of the original films, but filmmakers often want to create a new experience for viewers. The second film of a series of films with three or four presents additional challenges. The second film would normally expand the universe of the series and ends with a cliffhanger, both of which can frustrate viewers. Based on the second book of the trilogy "The Hunger Games", "The Hunger Games Catching Fire" has to perform a series of tasks, and the film succeeds on all fronts.

The first film "The Hunger Games" presented a very simple story. After creating the image of the life of a character and explain the nature of the Hunger Games, the film takes the arena after a short preparation period. In the second film, Katniss spends more time in other areas, and the story is able to deepen the dystopian nature of the new world.

The government has been clearly shown to be a threat in the first film, but the terror is made more personal in the second film. The main threat to Katniss in the first film was the competition. While the government has the ultimate responsibility, Katniss was not directly threatened by government agents. This changes in the second film, and the president is likely to have Katniss and her dead family should continue their acts of rebellion. Here, the film manages to flesh out the inhuman nature oppressive government. R
evisionist approaches to the reform of government cinematic punch needed to capture the audience and the films should clearly indicate that changes in the system are not possible. Katniss is not a natural revolutionary, and it would probably be happy to come home and never talk about the events of the first film again. The actions of the president and the rest of the government, however, deprive themselves of this option.

While the first film showed a blatant disregard for the government, acts of rebellion were pretty soft. Ultimately, Katniss and Peeta rebelled to survive, and not want to launch a large-scale revolution. Before entering the arena for a second time, however, they discover that their actions have sown the seed of rebellion, and inadvertently, they inspired many to act against the government. The film also shows clearly that any act of rebellion unpunished.

With these scenes, the film opens the way to greater rebellion. The list of characters from the first film is rather short, and it is the second film to introduce new characters that will play a role in the fight against the main enemy in the following movies. Cinna exchange a friendly but otherwise neutral character in the first film in a character who intends to rebel in the second. One of the great surprises of the film occurs when Plutarch Heavensbee, Gamesmaster the head is out of being an agent of the nascent revolution.

Catching Fire", "The Hunger Games" series presents a gloomy scenario, seemingly hopeless Katniss is constantly forced to face a threat far more power and resources than what he and it is only through quick thinking and popular support it is able to survive. it is essentially forced to rebellion because of the actions of the government, and victory seems almost impossible. "The Hunger Games Catching Fire" is both a critical and commercial success, but the greatest strength of the film may be as it is able to set the third and fourth film.
