If You Buy The Jupiter Jack?

Many of you have probably seen the commercial end of the night for the product, Jupiter Jack. The way it works is that Jupiter Jack transmits your call on the radio in your car so you can hear who you're talking on the radio. All you do is plug the Jupiter Jack and connect the radio to the right station. The biggest downside is that you can not have a private conversation if you have someone in your car. If there is someone you need to speak in private, it can not be done with the Jupiter Jack as it is played on the radio, so that everyone in the car can hear.

Since you have to go to a specific radio channel, you must disable the CD you play. Although you probably do not usually listen to music while talking on the phone, but if you have a friend with the car you want to listen to music, there may be a problem.

However, the Jupiter Jack is still a decent product, it's cheaper than most headphones, do not enable safer driving, and you get two for the price of one. If you drive only, then the Jupiter Jack is useful to do, but if you drive with groups of people all the time, then you may want to simply invest in obtaining a headset.
