2 pounds ground beef
1 beaten egg
3/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
3 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Cayenne pepper 1/8 tsp
2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions:
Preheat the grill to high definition.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, evaporated milk, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper and garlic; mix the ingredients with your hands. Form 8 individual cakes.
Lightly oil the grill grate. Grill burgers for 5 minutes on each side until well done.

Instructions:
In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, 1/2 cup ketchup, bread crumbs, onion powder, meat sauce, salt and pepper to taste. as hamburger patties or meatballs thick.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook patties until golden brown on both sides. Remove the pan patties and place on a paper towel lined plate. Drain fat from pan.
In the same skillet, slowly mix the ketchup 1/2 cup and 1/2 cup water. Reduce heat to medium-low.
Add burgers to pan and cover. Cook for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, stir the sauce. If the sauce is too thin, continue to simmer with the lid until thickened to desired consistency.

1/2 cup onion, chopped

yellow mustard 1 teaspoon
4 hamburger buns, split
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, blue cheese and onion. Add Worcestershire sauce, mustard and pepper. Mix well with your hands.
Preheat grill to high.
