This is an easy dish that allows

What do you need
2-3 chipotle peppers in adobo marinated, finely chopped
1-1 / 4 cups of cream
4 medium-large chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless
1/4 cup chicken broth
6 cups (10 ounces) spinach, rinsed, stems removed

How to do it:
Place the chopped chipotle cream and 2 tablespoons of cream in a small bowl. Mix well.
Place chicken in a large bowl. Pour the chipotle mixture on top, cover the chicken completely. Heat your chicken. Place chicken breasts in a baking oven large enough to accommodate them. Place the dish 6 inches from grill and cook the chicken until it is dark brown in color (about 4-5 minutes).
