For the second week on a blood sugar diet low, you can look for something other than find low fat cheese, a handful of nuts and celery, roast chicken breast and broccoli steamed. You can lose your crockpot and all these wonderful and healthy meals will start to love to come home; Not to mention baked cooked by the wonderful scents of a slow cold all day.

You can still get plenty of delicious cooked foods to enjoy your crockpot, even if you are on a low glycemic diet. Here are some easy recipes that I have tried in family with very good results, and my diet intact!

Asian cuisine inspired meat and peas

You will need: 2 1/2 pounds around the steak; 1 cup soy sauce; 2 tablespoons of grated fresh ginger; 2 cloves of garlic, grated or chopped; 2 teaspoons cooking oil soup; 2 cups of peas

A round steak in 4 equal pieces. Place the steak on your crockpot. Cover and cook crockpot nice and tender at low for about 6 hours or until meat. Cook the last 15 minutes, stir the peas. Serve over boiled rice.

Soup with peas with ham

You will need: 1 kilogram of peas greens; Cut 2 pounds of ham into cubes; 3 cloves of garlic, chopped or chopped; 1 medium yellow onions, in cubes; 3 celery ribs, in cubes; 1/8 teaspoon black pepper; 7 cups of fresh cold water; 5 chicken broth cubes

Put all the ingredients in your crockpot. Turn your crockpot down and cook for 6-7 hours. Triple beans and pepper meat

You will need: 2 pounds of lean beef; 2 medium yellow onions, in cubes; 1 green pepper, in cubes; 2 celery ribs, cubes; 3 mince garlic; 2 (16 ounces) tomato containers; 2 (16 ounces) garbanzos containers; 1 (16 ounces) can butter beans; 1 (16 ounces) can black beans; 1 (15 ounces) chicken broth; Powder pepper 3 teaspoons; 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin; 1 tablespoon of black pepper; Tea salt 1 teaspoon

Boil mince and drain to remove excess fat. Put all the ingredients in your crockpot and stir to combine. Cover crockpot and cook at low for about 6 hours. You can decorate with what your diet allows!

If you are cooking dinner at your crockpot, you are likely to cook for the whole family, are not you? Is the whole family going to be these meals "crockpot" diet like? No one is disappointed and my diet is on the right track.
