3 Healthy Resolutions For 2017 To Change Your Life

Healthy Resolutions For 2017 To Change Your Life ~ Is the new year. Resolution Large, wide, although ambitious, are often difficult to maintain without a well-designed plan.

  • Healthy Resolution # 1: Stretch Out

This simple resolution is ignored by many. Everyone wants to increase your cardio or weight lifting, but without proper stretching, injuries are sure to get you and your fitness path losses. Stretching increases blood flow to the muscles and surrounding tissues. It also helps remove metabolic waste products created when the muscles are frequently used to reduce muscle pain and chronic pain.

Although yoga programs if you just stretch to the end of a workout, the key is to muscles as efficiently as possible. Personalize your stretch. Choose your time! If stretching is correlated with a specific daily task will be much easier for your health habit that comes to stretching.

  • Healthy Resolution # 2: Veg Bag

Many of us want to "lose weight" for the new year. This is an excellent goal. There was, however, if you do not instill daily habits that healthy weight, which definitely lost after "weight loss program", to maintain complete. All you need is one quart size bag and some chopped raw vegetables. The recommended daily intake of fruits and vegetables is 9-15 servings. The filling of the quartz size bag and eat all day fills your stomach, curb cravings, balance blood sugar, keep the bowels regular, and give you the nutrients your body needs to stay healthy and energetic.

Keep your bag and mix colors. Some of my favorites are carrots, cucumbers, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, tomatoes, peppers, green beans, celery and beets. If you can not eat raw vegetables, without adding a little spice, try almond butter, organic hummus, organic or a vinaigrette.

  • Healthy Resolution # 3: Be a picky drinker

If this is clear, but we need to drink more water. Many people mistakenly tell all their fluid intake to your daily water intake. When used sugary drinks with caffeine or alcohol, are actually dry your body. There are only two drinks that count towards my daily consumption of water, fresh water and unsweetened tea (not to 20 ml per day). Staying hydrated will reduce pain levels, helps with mental clarity, maintain energy levels, promote healthy cell communication and optimal contraction of the muscles (think of the heart and intestines).

To call the number, get your weight into pounds and with 2.2 parts (ie, A 200 pound person should drink 90 liters of water per day). The easiest way to ensure that you have adequate water intake is to get a bottle of water on your person at all times. Remember, "if you're white, all right - if you're yellow, you're a sick man."

It's great that you want to change, but something in your life to change, you must first change your mind. There is a universal law called the law of attraction and just say that you will attract into your life what you concentrate. Abuse breeds more problems and leads to a life of fear, stress and illness.

That some healthy sesolutions for 2017 to change your life, greeting healthy.
