Making Peanut Butter Balls Dipped In Chocolate - The other day I did rattles with my boy. Horse chestnuts are basically peanut butter balls dipped in a chocolate coating and are very fun and easy to make, I thought I'd share this recipe with you. This sweet is named after its similarity to chestnut.
Chocolate and peanut butter go together, as well, chocolate and peanut butter. These delicious chocolate-dipped peanut butter balls almost do not take time and then they're ready to start. Everybody will love them. They are like small parties in your mouth.
Ingredients
2 cups crunchy butter peanut butter
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, softened
2 cups of powdered sugar
3 cups of Rice Krispies
20 ounces of chocolate
Directions
Combine butter and peanut butter until it blends well. Add sugar powder and stir well. Gently add the rice. Format balls and place them on dishes or baking trays. Place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate. I usually put some water in a large pot, then I put the chocolate sparks in a bowl I put in the water. Be very careful not to put water in the chocolate bowl, it will destroy the chocolate. Stir continuously while melting.
Put the balls in half and place them on biscuit plates lined with parchment paper. Place the top of the spheres with some chocolate. This is why they are called buckeyes because they look like eyes. Stir the balls until the chocolate is ready.
Note: If you want to make Buckeyes, put a toothpick on each peanut butter ball and sink, one ball at a time, in the melted chocolate, leaving the last quarter of each ball untreated.
It makes about 60 pieces, depending on the size. Preparation time 30 minutes.
Enjoy!
