How To Make Protein Of Homemade Chocolate Bars?

Protein of Homemade Chocolate Bars Recipes - Fantastic snacks, which are easy to carry and service all day without being in the fridge. In the experience, it's not so popular to pick up eggs or canned foods when you're around humans, and the cheese will not take it all day without leaving.

Protein of Homemade Chocolate Bars

Bars often beat in a sweet place, it's the perfect solution! Unfortunately, some of the protein bars in the shops are not very good. Some of them are delicious, they are rich in proteins, but they have a long list of ingredients, some of them for so long that they are hard to express and have many unnecessary calories. If you eat them, you should know that they're disguised as sweets.

That's because the domestic protein bars are gold! They do not have to prepare, and it's very fast. You know that in them, you can vary the content of carbohydrates and proteins to fit the needs and tastes/ingredients to make them nutritious and tasty.

It's a great idea to make a big package, put it in aluminium foil and keep it in the fridge. Ideally suited for travel / work / schools / tours / so on.

This recipe is one of my favourites, and I like the chocolate bar, but it's much healthier and more natural ingredients that will allow you to keep your blood sugar in a stable and saturated form because of the relatively high protein content.

Ingredients:

4 cups of roll oatmeal (more than 140 g)
2 cups of protein in milk serum
0.5 cups of shredded almonds
2 spoons
1-3 tablespoon coconut flour
0.5 cups the sweet apple mash
1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup
0.5 cups of almond oil (or other oil nuts)
0.5 cups of milk

How to?

1. Mix all dried ingredients in a bowl.

2. Wake the wet ingredients into a separate bowl, and then pour wet. Carefully exchange it with a spoon or your hands (if you do this, I want to eat with my hands.)

3. Dressing the baking rectangle (approx. 15-20, 15-20 cm) in a plastic shell and a sheet is as much as pan so that it can be folded. Add a bold test at the bottom, fold the sheet in the shape, and then press the test on the uniform layer at the bottom.

4. Refrigeration at night or at least 2 hours, and the removal and cutting of 8 pieces.
