Untraditional Vegetarian Lasagna Recipes

When you think of traditional lasagna, you probably think of a dish of noodles layered with ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan cheese and a hearty meat sauce. Or, maybe you think like a traditional vegetarian dish of spinach pasta take the place of meat sauce. An excellent choice for a vegetarian lasagna recipe lasagna is untraditional black beans. The idea is similar to lasagna to the more traditional meat sauce in terms of layers, macaroni and cheese, but the sauce is different than expected.
