You know the local restaurant you frequent probably
not do it all from scratch? There
is a well-known chain of sandwich shops that has heroes with "fresh
bread". Probably,
you would preformed mass drops as heroes bread waiting to be placed in the
oven. The cookie or bread
would have a freshly baked flavor, and cooks would not waste time with a
rolling pin or throw mass that did not rise. It
makes a much more efficient kitchen, right?
You can make a delicious lasagna without roll the pasta dough, or toiling over a stove to make your own sauce, as the grandmother did. If you want to really exceptional and you live in a big city or a region with a large Italian population, you can go to the local Italian grocery store and get fresh lasagna, instead of taking off your area supermarket shelf. Check with the store on the cooking time and make sure you say you do them a lasagne, so that the dough is placed in the oven after cooking. Sometimes you cooked the pasta that you can put right without oven by boiling. If you use the file box, not to boil for 15 minutes, they tell you about the case. You want your pasta to be "al dente", which is a bit difficult because when you put it in the oven to cook the lasagna noodles will cook more, and you do not want to overcook and allow it to remain maudlin.
Now here's where you'll put your own signature on your lasagna. Mine was small mini meatballs, but you can brown the ground meat and put it in too. Start with a little tomato sauce. Again, take the liberty to choose and a jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce. You can use the sauce with sausage, or to make it really special, already buy Italian sausage. Make sure you cook it first. You can put in the zucchini cooked eggplant. Onions, peppers or whatever you want. Add fresh herbs, if desired. If you want to make a vegetarian lasagna, leave the meat. Use rather than chicken or minced meat, chopped using veal or even ground turkey. For a very different lasagne, put on seafood - calamari, mussels, or even shrimp.
Now you are ready to assemble your lasagne and put it in the oven to bake. You'll need a large container ricotta and mozzarella cheese package so. Bicarbonate of a rectangular plate of glass or metal, or even disposable. Spray the bottom with nonstick cooking spray or a thin layer of olive oil. Then line the bottom of the pan with the sauce. Then cover the bottom with a layer of its "al dente" precooked lasagna. Then slather on your ricotta cheese in a thick layer. Then put another layer of lasagna, ricotta slather again and again filling. Finish with a layer of lasagna pasta, generously pour the sauce over and then the mozzarella slices to cover the top. Place the dish in an oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until the mozzarella cheese on top is completely melted and sauce is bubbly.
