You want:
o 8 ounces lasagna noodles box
o 15 oz crushed tomatoes
A bottle of the sauce for pasta 28 oz, preferably with a bold flavor, although the flavor will work

8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning tea
¼ teaspoon garlic powder tea
¾ cup dry red wine, such as Burgundy or cabernet
Preparation Lasagna
Before you begin, you'll want to preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Fill a large pot with water and bring to boil. The pasta should still be slightly firm. Drain on a paper towel and return to pot. Coat with a little olive oil and let cool. To make the sauce, you'll want to brown the sausage in a large skillet.
Once browned, add the pasta sauce, crushed tomatoes, spices and garlic powder. Reduce heat to low and add the red wine. Continue cooking and stirring for another 10 to 15 minutes.
Once the sauce is done, you will need to assemble the lasagna. Ladle a quarter of the sauce in the pan. Noodle layer on top, side by side. Repeat twice to form the layers, ending with a cover ricotta. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.
