How Bruce Lee Changed The World's Biography The History Channel

"How Bruce Lee Changed the World" is a very interesting and entertaining biography produced by the History Channel. Instead of focusing only on his life, the goal of this program is Bruce Lee influenced many fields of culture and popular society. Martial artists and fans of Bruce Lee will love this biography, that fans of action movies will also see the impact of Bruce Lee in action movies. However, some viewers may be surprised to learn is that Bruce Lee has influenced more than just martial arts and movies. The biography has chapters on philosophy, Breaking Stereotypes, Martial arts, fitness, attitudes in China, action movies, songs, branding, and a little short at the end about where he is buried and about future plans for things about Bruce Lee.

DVD chapters contain interesting segments on freerunning, mixed martial arts and weight training with several FreeRunners, mixed martial artists and bodybuilders stating that philosophy, ideas and Lee training helped shape these popular sports and training. I also liked the segments with Shannon Lee in Hong Kong and China, where a memorial park and museum are created. They also plan a museum in Hong Kong in the old house Lee. It is a very well done biography, what would be expected from the History Channel, with images of Bruce Lee movies and private video of it, as well as many other interesting scenes and interviews. Near the end of the DVD, there is a small segment of a celebration of Bruce Lee in Seattle, where Lee is buried next to his son Brandon, who also died very young.
