When selecting a topic for a training program, article or tool for your Realtor mentor program, there are several things to consider.

1. How hot is the theme?

You already know, from personal experience, if nobody nobody cares will read, buy or listen. Think about the really hot topics burning in the minds of you and your colleagues.
