Toyota Etios Twins Ready to be Launched in Brazil

Toyota Motors designed the Etios platform specifically for emerging markets like India and other countries. Toyota Etios sedan and hatchback launched in the Indian car market and the first Japanese automaker is willing to eat these cars in other global markets. Toyota began exporting Toyota Etios sedan and Etios Liva hatchback Toyota for South African auto market earlier this month. And large eyes Japanese cars now to launch Etios twins for the Brazilian automotive market. Toyota instead of exporting Indian made cars in Brazil intends to manufacture Etios twins in Brazil through a separate production unit. Toyota may begin production of these cars in Brazil from June and Etios twins can go on sale from August 2012.


Toyota Etios sedan and Etios Liva hatchback Toyota will be produced and sold in Brazil. Toyota could equip a fuel ethanol plant compatible with the Etios twins that this fuel is indispensable for the Brazilian automotive market. The essence of ethanol compatible engine will be a highlight of the Etios sedan and Etios Liva hatchback tied Brazil. India Etios twins are part of the entry-level segment due to its low price and in Brazil these cars will be part of the entry-level segment. Toyota Motors launched the first Toyota Etios sedan in the Indian auto market in December 2010, the sedan received a good response from customers roping in 12,000 bookings within a few days of release. However, the company launched Etios sedan petrol covered only last year Toyota launched the hatchback version of the Etios, Etios Liva Toyota baptized which again was released only in petrol variant. Looking to demand the withdrawal of diesel cars in India, the automaker launched the Etios twins in diesel way in September 2011.

The twin diesel power powertrain Etios is 1.4 liter D-4D diesel mill. Sales accelerated after the introduction of the diesel variant of Etios sedan and hatchback Etios, but could not control his contemporaries.
