* 1 (14-16 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
* 1/2 red pepper
* 1/2 onion, sliced
* 3 cloves garlic, peeled
* 1 egg
* Pepper powder 1 tablespoon
* 1 teaspoon cumin
* Tea salt 1 teaspoon
* 1-2 tsp Sriracha hot sauce or pepper sauce tea
* 3/4 cup bread crumbs
* 1/2 cup mayonnaise / Veganaise
* 2-3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
* 1/2 onion, sliced

* 3/4 cup bread crumbs

* 2-3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
Adobo sauce
* 1 tablespoon chipotle peppers
* 1 tablespoon fresh lemon soup / lemon juice
* 1 garlic clove
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and lightly oil a baking sheet.
2. In a medium bowl, mash black beans with a fork until it forms a thick paste (but some indivisibility adds texture).
3. In a food processor, add the peppers, onions and garlic and pulse until chopped. Stir the mashed beans.
4. In a small bowl, mix the egg, salt, chili powder, cumin and chili sauce.
5. Stir the egg mixture into the mashed beans. Divide the mixture into four burgers.
6. Place the patties on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes per side.
7. Chipotle mayo: In a food processor, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, chipotle and adobo sauce. Pulse until smooth and blended.
Place the foil and grill patties 8 minutes on each side.
