1957 Chevy Bel Air


There are only a handful of classic cars that almost everyone will immediately recognize and 1957 Chevy Bel Air is one of them. The classic tail fins hooded headlights this model is both an American icon like parades and apple pie. It is worth considering that the boys in Chevy wanted to see a new design for the 1957 model year production problems and setbacks caused to use the design of the 1955 model as a new base. Imagine how we never see this model!


The 1957 Chevrolet came in three packages finish. The Bel Air was the best of the luxury packaging line with gold anodized trim pieces on the grill, fenders, hood and trunk lid before. The package 210 was a fluid supply line 150 with the rounded pack off the line as a basic offering. There were several styles available for model year 1957 of the body, most of which had an option of Bel Air trim package. Chevy sedan two doors four standards were offered, and the two-door, four-door hardtop. Often confused by novice observers Sedans and Coupes Hardtop or sport. The sedan model is easy to spot when you understand that the model of vertical pillars between windows while the hardtop Sport Coupe or not. This was the same year the unfortunate Turboglide transmission was introduced. Unfortunately, this parody had a bad reputation from the beginning and the vast majority of buyers avoided. While sales are decent that fell short of expectations. In fact, the Ford Motor Company in Chevy sold this year for the first time over 20 years. After an interesting trend in the classic car market, however, the 1957 Chevy remains one of the most popular models for collectors of cars worldwide.
