Training in the UK food hygiene or, more accurately described as "Level 2 Award in Food Safety for Food" describes in detail what is meant by the term "food poisoning" is causes and symptoms.
In short any form of food poisons carried beyond the point of admission is technically a source of food poisoning if chemicals, viruses, or parasites objects, but the term is most often used to describe the poisoning food caused by the actions of "bacteria".

It is easy to see that the endotoxin poisoning base can be potentially more serious because it is deeper in the body systems and are not able to be quickly ejected allows bacteria to stay alive to grow and multiply on food in the stomach.
So what if you suffer from food poisoning?
* Drink plenty of water, dehydration is a major factor in cases of food poisoning.

Place the body whenever possible, allowing them to fast rewind force.
After 24 hours clean, you could eat boiled white rice, baked potatoes or plain.
After 36 hours, you can clean start to return slowly to normal food.
If you are a manager of food or work with vulnerable classes do not return to work until you have lived 48 hours own.
