Delicious Crockpot Recipes for Healthy Eaters ~ The slow cooking of joy is that you should only throw the ingredients into a crockpot, leave it for a few hours, you can enjoy a hearty meal.

Slow cooked chili chicken

What do you need:

3 bone-free chicken breast without skin
1 onion
2 cups of cubes tomatoes with green pepper
2 cups of green salsa
2 cups of white beans
1 3/4 cups of corn
1 3/4 cups chicken broth
1/2 dry teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon of cumin
Salt and ground black pepper


Stir onion, cubed tomatoes with peppers, green salsa, black beans, corn, chicken broth, oregano and cumin in a Crockpot. Stir until the ingredients are well combined. Cover and simmer until the chicken is cooked, about 6-8 hours. When finished, remove the chicken from the crockpot. Scrape, return and stir crockpot.

Slow Kitchen Male Seafood Dip

What do you need:

1 1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup of frozen cheese
1/2 cup cooked lobster, flakes
Roasted cooked 1/2 cup flakes
1/2 cup cooked small shrimp
2 tablespoons of cream cheese with a little fat
2 tablespoons of fish seasoned tea
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 inch French bread bread 1/2 inch thick, slightly toasted

What do you need:

Smoked 1kg sausage, cut into 1 inch pieces

Red potatoes 1/4 kg, separated
1 onion, sliced
1/3 cup of water
1 teaspoon of butter butter
1 teaspoon of vegetable oil
Tea salt 1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon of black pepper


Place sausage, green beans, potatoes, onions, water, butter, vegetable oil, salt and ground black pepper in a crockpot. Stir the ingredients and mix well.
