Crockpot Recipes Hearty Healthy Eaters ~ The joy of cooking your food slowly is that you have to throw in a Crockpot only the ingredients, let stand for a few hours, then you will be able to enjoy a hearty meal.

  • 1) Slow Chicken Kitchen


What do you need:


3 chicken breasts without bones, skinless
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cups diced tomatoes with green pepper
2 cups green salsa
2 cups beans
1 3/4 cup corn kernels
1 3/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon cumin
Salt and black pepper


Mix onions, diced tomatoes with green peppers, green salsa, black beans, corn, chicken broth, oregano and cumin in a crockpot. Stir until the ingredients combine well. Cover and simmer through until the chicken is cooked about 6-8 hours. When ready, remove chicken from crockpot. Minced, return and mix until crockpot.

  • 2) Slow cooker Male Seafood Dip


What do you need:


1 1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup cheese processed foods
1/2 cup cooked lobster, flaked
1/2 cup cooked shrimp, flaked
1/2 cup cooked small shrimp
2 tablespoons cream cheese with low fat
2 teaspoons fish seasoning
1 teaspoon (tsp) Worcestershire sauce
Bread 1 1/2-inch thick French bread, lightly toasted


The cream, processed cheese food, lobster, crab, shrimp and cream cheese in a crockpot. Cover and cook on low until cheese melts, stirring occasionally for about 1 hour. Serve with toasted French bread.

  • 3) Slow Cooker Sausage Party


What do you need:


1 kg of smoked sausage, cut into 1 inch pieces
1/2 pound green beans, trimmed and halved
1/4 pound red potatoes,
1 onion, sliced
1/3 cup water
1 tablespoon butter tea
1 teaspoon (tsp) vegetable oil
tea salt 1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon black pepper


Place sausage, green beans, potatoes, onions, water, butter, vegetable oil, salt and pepper in a crockpot. Stir well and mix well materials.
