4 1/2 tablespoons ketchup tea
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes tea (I like)
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon onion salt tea
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste


Directions


They give the beer, teriyaki sauce, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, water, liquid smoke and ketchup in a large bowl. Stir in red pepper flakes, salt, onion salt, pepper and garlic powder, mixed.

Mix the meat with the marinade, until the strips are thoroughly coated.

Jerky dried meat in the oven
