Meatballs are a delicious dish, which is made with ground beef and all kinds
of filled and united with ingredients such as breadcrumbs, eggs and onions, as
well as several other flavors herbal.
Meatballs with Spinach Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground beef
8 mushrooms
core
milk
3.5 ounces of cooked spinach
2 eggs
margarine
Salt and pepper
Flour
chopped parsley
For the sauce:
2 onions
2 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
2 tomatoes
A little broth
olive oil

Mixing the meat crumbs, chopped spinach and bread after soaking in milk. Season and add the eggs and continue beating, then shape the meatballs. Pass each through a little flour and fry in oil over medium heat until golden, warm color.
For the sauce, chop all vegetables and hunt in a pan with a little oil. Cook 15 minutes over low heat, then strain the sauce in a food processor and add the meatballs.

Nut Meatball Recipe
Ingredients:
8 oz bread
1 beaten egg
250 ml of broth
125 ml liquid cream
A pinch of salt

120ml milk
1 lemon
2 ounces of butter
3.5 ounces peeled and chopped walnuts
Start by heat oil over medium heat, reduce heat and add the nuts and stir-fry for about 5 minutes, stirring as you go. Add milk, bread crumbs, crush and mix until the milk is absorbed.
