Using Google Docs

Google has many different products they offer absolutely free to the public and Docs is one of them. If you have these programs and even if you like them, you may still want to give Google Docs a try for several reasons. With Google Docs, you can create similar documents to Word documents, and you even get the help of a spell checker, a number of words, and all the tools to format text, spacing and more. You can easily insert images, comments, notes, headings, tables, links and a table of contents.

You can also create spreadsheets that are a must for every internet marketer or business owner to keep track of your business information. What really like about Google Spreadsheets is that you can create multiple sheets in a main sheet. It is therefore extremely easy to keep all your information correctly stored in a file.

Google Docs also lets you create presentations similar to what you can create with PowerPoint. You have easy access to all kinds of designs and shapes to create programs, schedules, invoices and schedules to keep track of your events.

Google also lets you collaborate with ease your work with your employees or co-workers. You decide who has access to files and can edit your files. When finished with your documents, you can leave them where they are in your Google account, or you can download them as a normal file, text, Word, Excel, HTML, CSS, OpenOffice, or as a PDF file. Furthermore, there is nothing to download; all programs, tools and models are accessible through your Google account.

Last but not least, because these files are stored in your Google account, not your computer, you can access your files from anywhere in the world where there is an Internet connection and is completely safe.
