Raw and Cats Litter Boxes

Walking into a room that assails the nose with the litter box smell is unpleasant, and cat owners spent a lot of money for products to fight against the problem. Raw feed your cat permanently reduced "perfume" original droppings, and that combined with proper management of the sandbox keeps your home smelling fresh.

Several litter boxes

There is no getting around the fact that you should have several boxes in your home. Two litter boxes in different rooms is a good idea just in case access to the favorite box is blocked by accident.

Super Big Litter

Your pet supply store has a variety of beautiful sand boxes designed to be perfectly hidden in a corner, or to match the decor of your home. Conveniently located with easy access, you should have at least one super large box: a large plastic storage box with sides low enough to slide under the bed is a good choice. This box should be large enough to contain twenty to forty pounds of waste agglomeration.
Right stretcher

A routine calls sandbox effortlessly onto the stretcher right. Stay away clay litter or silicon sand. This material clinging to cats paws; when they lick it tends to accumulate in the intestine and as you can imagine cause all sorts of health problems. Get a biodegradable organic litter. Yes it is more expensive initially, but if you clean the boxes a day, using the procedure Dr. Hodgkins, you rarely need a complete change of the litter.

Litter Box Tools

The tools needed to maintain the daily box are: free gloves or disposable latex latex, good size scoop litter, a plastic container with a tight lid, at least one gallon size, some small garbage bags, and a few 'cooking oil. Do not bother with litter box liners, many cats do not like and are reluctant if they find them in the box.


Easy litter box process

Before filling the litter box, cover the bottom and sides with a thin layer of cooking oil to prevent waste from sticking. Fill your litter box with four inches of sinter waste. To change your waste large initial fill may require a bag of forty pounds.

As your cat uses the litter box, the waste will accumulate and dry quickly biodegradable pieces. At least once a day (often better) spoon in garbage cans and dumpsters pits for the plastic container that you have aligned with the garbage bag.
