exchange points system which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hilton Worldwide,
formerly known as Hilton Hotels Corp. HGVC also provides property management
services to stations affiliated club. At the time of publication, 50 HGVC
affiliated resorts worldwide!

HGVC destinations offer both developed stations and
affiliates. Most people do not realize, but only a part-time stations were
built and developed by the Hilton brand. Most of the Hilton Grand Vacation Club
are actually affiliates. Membership and use reciprocal agreements are still
