YEAR 2010 Toyota Corolla offers excellent handling characteristics, as well as one of the best fuel consumption rate in the market. Again the five-speed manual transmission is standard, while a five-speed automatic is available for an additional price. 2.4-liter engine models get 22 mpg city and 20 mpg highway, still impressive compared to most competitors.

Standard safety features make these large vehicles. Standard equipment includes ABS brakes, front and side airbags, side curtain airbags and stability control. In the crash tests the 2010 Toyota Corolla received a rating of 4 out of 5 stars for frontal impacts, and a perfect score of five stars for side impact crashes from. Space is relatively decent, but rear passengers can be a little tight during long trips.

For a budget car that offers the reliability, the Corolla is still a competitor. Unfortunately, Toyota has chosen not to redesign many aspects of these sedans, allowing competition to take forward. Loyal consumers undoubtedly still impress with its Corolla models coveted end either basic or high. Consumers who buy in the small sedan class will find that competing models are offering much more comfort and power, at similar prices.
