You can also send the URL of the file to your Google Drive file in the message body of your email.

Advanced Search Option

If your inbox is full of many electronic messages, then it becomes difficult to search. Search becomes a task in itself, especially when you get mass emails. However, with Gmail search task is facilitated by the search query advance option. You can use filters that allow you to search by file size and time the email was sent.
 

Creating Multiple Inboxes

Gmail offers the option to create multiple Inboxes that allows you to organize your emails. This also helps in search of your emails from other accounts. You can create labels, drafts, starred messages and other search filters. By applying some simple steps you will be able to activate this function, speed icon-> Labs-> Add multiple inboxes-> enable-> Save. You may customize mailboxes individually by selecting multiple Inboxes tab. You can then choose to adjust the conversations and position the panels accordingly.
