Pancake mix is
usually made from very simple ingredients such as flour, eggs, butter and
milk. To
prepare delicious pancakes, use organic eggs in pancake mix. Organic
eggs have deep yellow yolks, so a pancake with them have better color. The milk may be skimmed and full cream, it
makes a big difference. It has a really
delicious taste. For
cooking pancakes use vegetable or sunflower oil. Do
not use olive oil as it can give a salty taste to sweet crepes. Do
not put too much oil in the pan, because the pancake mix can become sticky. Mixing pancake ingredients:

large eggs1 1/2 cups buttermilk
1 1/2 cup flour
1 c. vanilla extract
1/3 cup sugar
4 c. unsalted butter, melted
1/2 c. salt
How to make pancakes:
First, put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until no lumps. Leave the rest mass of 30 minutes to 1 hour, or cover and refrigerate overnight.
Then
coat large nonstick skillet with cooking spray or oil and warm over medium-high
heat. Meanwhile,
beat the pancake mix several times until the consistency of cream. If
necessary, diluted with a little water.
Pour ¼ cup batter into the
hot pan. Then
lift the pan and stir around the dough down jacket.
Cook for about 3 minutes or until you notice that the edges begin to brown and bubbles form of air under the crepe.
Take
the spatula and slide the edge just below and pancake round side. Turn and cook for about 2
minutes. Place the crepe
on a plate and a warm place. Repeat with
remaining dough.Cook for about 3 minutes or until you notice that the edges begin to brown and bubbles form of air under the crepe.
They serve pancakes filled with fresh fruit and chocolate hazelnut spread.
Trick:
You can store your pancakes. Stack the crepes alternating each with two layers of paper and place the entire stack in a good freezer bag. When you want to use frozen pancakes, thaw at room temperature for about an hour. Heat a pan and brush with a little butter, then heated slowly pancake on both sides.
