How to Mix From Pancakes that Taste as Good as Zero



You use a pancake mix to finish pancake flat, hard, or just plain wrong? The mixture must not dictate the outcome of your pancakes. With the right techniques, they should come out as good as if from scratch. Pancake mix should include basic ingredients in every pancake recipes.

Sift Mix

You will need to mix the wet ingredients, or sometimes just milk or water, with the mixture. Mix these ingredients first in a separate bowl. Pour pancake mix through a sieve to make sure there are no lumps. Then put in a bowl and pour the wet ingredients over. Pour the wet ingredients over the top to help keep the flour flying everywhere when you mix together. Stir gently should also help keep the flour into the bowl.

Shaking batter too can ruin pancakes with nothing but dump and start the correction.
