History and Organic Latex Production

Where natural latex come from? Natural latex is made of latex is extracted from rubber hoses (real Hevea brasiliensis) in South Asian countries.

The country's leading natural latex production are:

Thailand
Indonesia
Malaysia
Sri Lanka

The rubber life cycle is about 32 years. Latex is usually harvested when the trees are 5-7 years.

Latex extraction method is known as "rubber extraction." It is very important for the rubber touch rubber carefully. Rubber life of the tree longevity depends on accurate and precise tapper working. The trees will drip latex for about four hours, stopping as latex coagulates naturally on strike, reducing the pipe clamp in the shell latex. Rubber tappers usually sit and have a meal after finishing their work while playing start collecting the latex at about midday. The botanical latex compound is known to be naturally:
antimicrobial
resistant mites
mildew resistant
antiallergic
flame retardant

There are two natural rubber processing methods:
Talalay method
Dunlop method

The method is a Talalay latex foam molding process natural rubber production. A natural rubber latex fluid is introduced into a closed mold which air was aspirated. The mold is then frozen to stabilize the cellular structure. The gaseous carbon dioxide is introduced and the mold is heated to cure the rubber. The latex rubber manufacturers claim that Talalay Talalay method of cure is non-toxic and natural. However Talalay latex rubber has added oil in the form of artificial vanillin. Pure natural latex that acquired through Dunlop curing method not use petroleum-based ingredients, chemicals or pesticides. Dunlop curing method is a simple conversion of origin sap process of the rubber tree in a solid form. This method involves first whipping the latex with liquid air to produce a foam, and then pouring the liquid latex into a mold and heating it until it cures.

Natural latex is produced by vulcanizing a Dunlop method uses the following ingredients:
1.90 to 95% natural rubber
2.2 to 3% zinc oxide
3.1 to 2% fatty acids and soaps
4.1 to 2% of sulfur and 1 to 2% sodium.

Consequently, we have about 99% - 100% natural rubber latex. Durability, flexibility, strength and hygienic properties of natural latex foam allows it to be used for different purposes.

Be aware that some manufacturers of 100% latex, which also contains synthetic foam market. Organic latex pillows and rubber mattresses are becoming very popular. Many people choose latex memory foam natural product, which is made with chemical ingredients and based oil. Pillows and organic rubber mattresses are naturally cushion your body, provide you a restful sleep without chemicals!
