Dietary nutrients

Have you ever wondered what makes you move? The answer is in the food you eat, the air we breathe, the water you drink. Food, water, even though oxygen is a nutrient medium. A nutrient is a food source which it then converts the object you have consumed for a particular purpose in your body; if the energy, tissue and hormone production, immune system antibody production and normalize body functions. The effects of food some nutrients are dose dependent, meaning it is set inside your body if you eat or it is brewed by other methods.

There are two types of nutrients which is organic nutrients and inorganic nutrients. For organic nutrients, these nutrients are the structure of a molecule in the origin or made from other agencies. After obtaining these organic nutrients, they have different subtypes including carbohydrates. Carburetors or carbohydrate is a nutrient that provides energy to the body in a stable method, free of time. They are low in fat and calories, but high in fiber.

After digestion, they break more tiny components called an amino acid are then recreated body proteins. This is the best way to support the growth of your body stenosis, improving your muscles, gain height. Other organic nutrients is called fat. Fat is essential for food to provide energy as they provide twice as much energy as carbohydrates or proteins either. They provide essential fatty acids, vitamins are so fat soluble and helps in the absorption process. On the other hand, too much fat can give higher risk of cardiac / coronary vascular diseases.

The other type of dietary nutrients and inorganic nutrients. The air we breathe is an example of an inorganic nutrient, simply by inhaling oxygen gives nutrition to the body, giving as a nutrient. Another example of an inorganic acid are mineral salts. These are chemicals which are required by all living organisms. An example of a dietary mineral is calcium; This is the most abundant mineral in the body. Finally, it is one of the largest mineral water. For many reasons these nutrients from food, bodily processes in human organs are functioning normally and naturally, and other living organisms.
