Taken from the album Abbey Road it is an important theme, with a beautiful melody, and masterfully executed guitar work. This beautiful arrangement deserves a place in the music of someone collection.
A day in the life
Pure Brilliance by great composers. The beginning of this song gives the listener without waiting for the catastrophe that will follow as the song continues. McCartney went belly is proof of his ability to texts that the struggle of the common man mirror writing. How they managed to get a perfect transition between these different pieces of music never ceases to amaze.
The long and winding road
Finally, the last of my top 3 best songs of the Beatles. First memory of this song when about 11 years old, and cat ran away. Put cassette player in the Beatles, and the song felt better immediately.
